Consulting History Overview
Manufacturing Strategies started in 1994 consulting primarily with small businesses our focus procurement, materials, inventory, production planning and manufacturing operations. Our parent company Retail Strategies was started by Alan Carr as a retail consulting business.

We started consulting as Manufacturing Strategies in 1994 working primarily in manufacturing operations then in 2004 my focus change towards non-profit organizations so the name needed to reflect that change which is working to find New Solution For organization to make Progress in helping people, communities and businesses to be sustainability.  

Using years of experience and resources in manufacturing, operations, community and non-profit organizations to develop plans that can be clearly understood and implemented.

Clients often have the capability to be successful, even in difficult economic situations, because they recognize that they must  constantly look for new ideas and perspectives in order to compete with the best. We helps our clients to work through difficult situations by designing operational plans, then gaining credibility with stakeholders and finally operating in a pragmatic business-like manner for sustainability.
